And when you are doing your job, you should be writing to show them what you stand for, why you stand with them, and how your position will help their business, their community, or their country.
The letter should be short, to the point, and with a strong message of your business values, or it should be long and in your favor, to emphasize your commitment to the cause.
In other words, you want your cover letters to be a way to make your position known to your colleagues, and to build the trust of your colleagues.
The cover letter is your opportunity to tell them why you are the right person for the job, why your company is the right choice for them, or why you believe in the principles of this country.
It should say that you are passionate about this issue, that you want to help solve the problem you are tasked with solving, and that you will do whatever it takes to achieve your goal.
If you have a good cover letter and you have the ability to show your credentials and your skills, you can make your case with your colleagues by saying, “This job is what I love, and I know what it takes, and my experience will help make this a success.”
